摘    要:合成了一种新型的Eu^3+配合物-Eu(BA)2(MAA)(Phen),并将其作为红光发射材料制备了结构为Glass/ITO/Eu(BA)2(MAA)(Phen)/A1r的有机电致发光薄膜器件。这种材料具有很强的荧光和很好的单色性且比较强的电致发光。器件的开戾电压为12V。在电压为26V的正向驱动下,器件的亮度为15cd/m^2,发光效率为0.251m/W。结合测量粉末、薄膜状态下的荧光光谱、激发

Abstract:The new complex of Eu(BA)_2(MAA)(Phen) is synthesized and is used as a red light-emitting material in our organic electroluminescent devices with the structure of ITO/TPD/Eu(BA)_2(MAA)(Phen).The brightness of 15 cd/m~2 and luminous efficiency of 0.25 lm/W are achieved at the voltage of 26 V. This material has strong photoluminescence and relatively good electroluminescence along with excellent mono-chromaticity.The mechanism of this EL device is discussed.
