<正>防腐剂的争议应该是从几年以前就开始了,而近两年,由于食品不安全事件屡屡发生,百姓因为“食物”而造成身体损害的问题频频暴光,使得人们对食品添加剂,尤其是防腐剂产生了极大的反感,因此,在目前的市场情况出现了这样的情况：部分食品生产企业在食品中添加了防腐剂后,由于怕消费者有疑虑,而不在标签中标注使用了防腐剂；甚至有的使用了防腐剂,却在包装上标注“本产品不含有任何防腐剂”。难道,食品中种种的安全隐患都是“食品防腐剂”犯的错?
