| 摘 要： | 装备体系需求论证方案评价工作是优化和改善方案的重要环节，而指标体系是评价工作的基础。但目前用于装备体系需求论证方案评价的指标不够全面，难以找出影响方案质量的深层次原因。文章从需求方案、论证工作、论证团队这3个维度进行研究，构建出能全面反映论证方案质量的指标体系，并找出优化方案的关键因素。

| Abstract: | It is important for optimizing project to evaluate the project of equip onstration. The index system is the basis of the evaluation. But at present, theind quipment requirement demonstration project are not comprehensive enough for find affecting the qualities of project. So the paper takes the requirements project, process and demonstration team into account, and constructs the index system that ity of demonstration project and find out the key factors of the optimizing project. |
