氢氧化镁的表面改性及在聚丙烯中的应用研究

摘    要:研制了用硅烷和钛酸酯偶联剂表面改性后的氢氧化镁和聚丙烯的复合材料,研究了用不同表面活性剂改性的阻燃剂氢氧化镁的用量对复合材料阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,硅烷偶联剂表面改性后的氢氧化镁能更好改善复合材料的力学性能,显著提高聚丙烯的阻燃性能,在用量为65%时,氧指数达到31.9%,垂直燃烧特性可达UL94V-0级。

Abstract:The effects of different contents of magnesium hydroxide flame retardant were studied,which were modified by silane and titanic acid ester coupling agent on flame retardant and mechanical properties of polypropylene composites.The results showed that after magnesium hydroxide modified by silane coupling agent,it could significantly improve both the mechanical properties and flame retardancy of PP composite materials.When the content of surface modified magnesium hydroxide was 65% (wt% ) ,the oxygen index of composite materials was 31.9% ,while its vertical combustion can be up to UL 94 V-0.
