摘    要:重型汽车驾驶室的乘坐舒适性直接影响驾驶员的驾驶疲劳,从而影响汽车的行驶安全性。在重型汽车垂直振动固有特性中有几个固有频率对乘坐舒适性具有较大影响,车架的弯曲弹性振动就是其中之一。该文建立了包含车架弹性振动的15自由度整车振动模型,通过计算机仿真模拟了路面随机输入响应;通过改进驾驶室悬架参数,显著改善了驾驶室的乘坐舒适性。

Abstract:The ride comfort of cab has direct influence on the fatigue of driver and then influences the driving safety. The vertical vibration of heavy-duty trucks has several natural frequencies in the range which influences ride quality significantly. Bending vibration of the frame, which is called beaming, is one of the detrimental sources that cause the vertical vibration. In this paper, a half truck model of 15 degrees freedom including the beaming is constructed. The computer simulation is done for simulating the frequency response under road random profile input. The ride comfort of cab is improved with the air suspensions in cab suspension.
