摘    要:综述了六氟丙烯气相氧化合成六氟丙酮催化荆的研究进展,主要讨论了催化剂的制备方法、种类、结构和性质等对六氟丙烯氧化反应的影响,并对活性组分的形成过程和催化机理进行了论述.指出六氟丙烯气相氧化反应存在的问题是六氟丙烯转化率和六氟丙酮选择性均较低,且催化剂稳定性差.提出开发能够降低气相氧化反应活化能的新型催化剂及能够保持活性组分稳定性的助剂是今后六氟丙烯氧化催化剂的研究重点.

Abstract:Progress in the catalysts for the synthesis of hexafluoroacetone through hexafluoropropylene oxidation in gas phase is summarized. Influences of catalyst preparation methods, varieties, structure and properties are reviewed, and the formation of active component and reaction mechanism are also introduced. It is indicated that the problems for hexafluoropropylene oxidation in gas phase are the much lower conversion of hexafluoropropylene and the much lower selectivity for hexafluoroacetone as well as the poor catalyst stability. It is presented that to develop new catalyst system in lowering the reaction activation energy and new promoter in maintaining the stability of active component are the main aims in future research works.
