摘 要: | 根椐塑料垫的结构特点,设计了由对称布置在模具内部的四组齿轮齿条斜抽芯机构、推杆推出机构等主要部分组成的四型腔单分型面注塑模。介绍了注塑模主要零件的结构设计,注塑机的选择,模具的校核和工作原理。设计的模具结构紧凑、合理,工作可靠。

Abstract: | According to the structural characteristics of plastic mats, the main parts of four groups gear rack's oblique core - pulling mechanism, handspike pushing mechanism and so on are all designed, which are arranged symmetrically in the mold compose injection mold with four single- cavities. The main components' structure of injection molding, the choose of injection molding machine, mold checking and working principle of the mold are all introduced. This mold has compact design, reasonable and reliable work. |
