| 摘 要： | 辐射工作人员及监管人员辐射防护与安全知识的培训是保证辐射安全的必要措施，对2006年以来在苏州大学参加国家级辐射防护与安全知识培训的人员、培训内容、时间安排、培训师资等方面作了比较全面的分析，指出了目前培训工作中存在的问题及解决建议。

| Abstract: | It is a necessary measure to train radiation workers and supervising officers on the knowledge of radiation protection and safety to ensure radiation safety. In this article the author has analyzed the national-level training about radiation protection and safety knowledge in Soochow University since 2006 in all its aspects from the trained people, the training contents, Schedules and teacher staffs. Some existing problems in the present work were pointed out and some relative solutions were given. |
