磁性磨料制备技术的研究进展

摘    要:磁性磨料是制约磁力研磨技术发展的关键因素。本文介绍了磁性磨料的组成及其性能要求,总结了满足不同应用要求的磁性磨料种类及特点,综述了磁性磨料的各种制备技术及其研究进展。最后,结合磁性磨料的种类、工艺、性能及其应用现状,提出了今后研究应重点关注的方向。

Abstract:The magnetic abrasive grain is the key factor which impedes the development of magnetic abrasive finishing. The composition and performance requirements of magnetic abrasive grain, which meet the demands of different applications, are introduced. The characteristics and types of magnetic abrasive grain are summarized. In addition, the research development on various preparation techniques of magnetic abrasive grain is also reviewed. Finally, connecting with the types, preparation technology, properties and application status of magnetic abrasive grain, some suggestions on the research of magnetic abrasive grain are proposed.
