摘    要:对上海石化股份有限公司1.5Mt/a加氢裂化装置的工程设计及工业运转进行了总结,简要介绍了工艺及工程技术特点、装置的工业运转结果分析等,说明在中等压力下,以中东高硫减压馏分油为原料,生产优质柴油和较低BMCI值的尾油的工艺技术和工程设计是非常成功的。

Abstract:Engineering design and commercial application of 30 000 b/d hydrocracking unit in Shanghai Petrochemical Co. Ltd have been summarized. Technical features of the process and engineering as well as the running result analysis are expounded. It is shown that the process technology and engineering design for producing premium diesel and tail oil with lower BMCI value under the middle pressure and taking middle east high sulfur vacuum distillate as feedstock are successful.
