| 摘 要： | 针对USPS手写数字样本数据库存储空间大，在开发实际手写数字字符识别系统时不能直接生成二值化图像的缺点，提出一种基于位映象编码的二进制存取方法，建立的手写样本数据库可以快速恢复为相应的二值化字符图像。该方法可使重建样本数据库的存储空间仅为原来的1．597％，且能正确恢复字符样本图像。利于研究识别系统时批量样本的读取。

| Abstract: | To solve the problem of huge storage occupation for USPS handwritten numerals sample library,a method for accessing handwritten character sample image information based on bit map coding is presented in the pager.And USPS library is rebuilt with Matlab programming.Through comparing the sample library created with the recommended method with the original USPS library,the proposed method greatly reduces storage space,which has the advantage of large amount of sample retrieval. |
