| 摘 要： | 针对作战模拟中联合作战能力量化和效能评估的难点问题，提出利用”联合指数”法按打击力、机动力、防护：匀、信息力和保障力对武器装备的作战能力进行量化，并利用矢量求模的方式，求取武器装备整体合力，它克服了传统指数法无法对联合作战中各军兵种作战能力按统一标准量化的缺点。论文尝试利用”协同系数”方法对联合作战编组整体作战能力进行量化和分析，弥补了传统指数计算中单纯利用线性聚合方法所造成的无法反映协同作战效果的问题。最后，根据指数一兰彻斯特方程对想定背景条件下的联合作战进行了效能评估。

| Abstract: | The paper adopts "joint index" method to calculate the joint operational capabilities by quantifying the striking capabilities, maneuver capabilities, defense capabilities, information capabilities and guarantee capabilities. The paper calculates the resultant force of armament equipment by computing resultant vector. And, the paper discusses how to quantify and analyse the whole joint operational capabilities by using the method which calculate the cooperating coefficient. Finally, the paper uses index-lanchester equations to assess the effectiveness of joint operations. |
