| 摘 要： | 负极片是高性能能量供给部件之一,负极片生产又是空间电源制造的关键环节.通过对负极片生产线的工作原理和工艺流程的分析,设计了以主-从站PLC和触摸屏为控制核心的负极片生产线自动输送系统.上位机以触摸屏为载体,设计了手动操作及自动运行的界面,下位机的软件系统设计了手动工作方式和自动工作方式的控制系统.该输送系统用四个电机驱动的机械手、两条自动输送线和一个银网放置转盘实现了自动放纸、放模、放网、脱模等物料输送的自动化,有效地提高了负极片生产的效率,避免了有毒物质对生产人员健康的损害.

| Abstract: | Negative film is kind of high-performance power supply component,negative film production is the key step of space power manufacturing.Through the negative film production line working principle and process analysis,designed a negative film production line automated delivery system based on master-slave PLC and touching screen, achieved materials automatic transportation including paper,mold,silver nets,etc.Effectively improve the efficiency of the negative film production and avoid the toxic substances damaging the health of production personnel. |
