氮对奥氏体型热作模具钢组织和性能的影响

摘    要:向奥氏体型热作模具钢中添加质量分数为0.208%的氮元素,通过显微组织观察、力学性能与热稳定性能测定,研究了氮对该钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明:加入氮后,钢中主要析出相为V(C,N),硬度提高了2HRC;在750℃时的热稳定性更佳,在20h的时效时间内硬度维持在45HRC以上;在晶界处存在形状规则的钒的碳氮化物,降低了晶界强度,使含氮钢的室温横向冲击功下降了约8%。

Abstract:The effects of nitrogen on microstructure and properties of the austenitic hot die steel adding 0.208wt% nitrogen were studied by microstructure observation,mechanical and hot stability properties tests.The results show that the major precipitation phases in the tested steel was V(C,N)after adding nitrogen,and the hardness of nitrogenous steel increased by 2 HRC,its hot stability at 750 ℃ was better,and its hardness value was above 45 HRC within aging time of 20 h.The room temperature transverse impact energy of nitrogenous steel decreased by 8%,because the vanadium carbonitride being on grain boundaries to decreased grain boundaries strength.
