摘    要:机载电子设备的动力学性能是产品设计的重点,以某机载电子机箱为研究对象,建立了有限元分析简化模型,分析了机箱的动力学特性,找出设计薄弱环节,基于动力学分析对机箱结构进行了参数优化,优化后,在功率密度函数PSD最大等效应力响应值不增大的前提下,机箱质量减小14.5%,优化效果明显。该研究过程为实际产品设计提供了重要的理论依据。

Abstract:In order to improve the environmental worthiness of airborne electronic equipment, the dynamic analysis is considered as the key point in structural design. Taking an airborne electronic equipment box as the research subject, a finite element model of the box was established, and then the dynamic characteristics were analyzed to locate the weak links in its design. In addition, on the basis of the dynamic analysis, the structural parameters were optimized by simulation. The numerical results indicate that the optimum design has made obvious improvement, as the mass of the airborne electronic equipment box was reduced by 14.5% without increasing the maximum equivalent stress of PSD. The method can provide some reference to engineering design.
