大型铝合金薄壁回转体零件表面粗糙度与切削三要素对应关系研究

摘    要:铝合金薄壁回转体零件广泛应用于核工业、石油化工、航天等众多领域。但其刚性差、硬度低,加工时易产生变形,尤其是大型薄壁件较难保证设计要求的精度和表面粗糙度,因此其切削加工一直是一个难点。针对该类零件精度稳定性差、表面粗糙度不易保证、生产效率低的现状,通过正交试验分析,应用多元线性回归方法拟合出粗糙度公式,得到了大型薄壁回转体零件表面粗糙度与切削三要素对应关系,得出粗糙度的变化规律曲线,从而为切削参数优化控制表面质量提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The aluminum alloy thin-walled tube is widely applied in many fields such as petrochemical, aerospace, and nuclear industry. But its low hardness and poor rigidity makes it easy to suffer deformation in processing and difficult to meet the machining accuracy and quality requirements. It's especially hard for large thin wall parts to have the precision and surface roughness that designs require, and processing of these parts has always been difficulty. In view of the poor processing precision stability, difficulty to guarantee surface roughness, and low production efficiency, through the orthogonal experiment analysis and multiple linear regression method, the roughness formula is obtained. Then the corresponding relationship, between the three elements of cutting and the surface roughness of large aluminum alloy think-wall revolving parts is obtained, as well as the variation curve of roughness, which provides theoretical basis for controlling the surface quality in cutting parameter optimization.
