非调质12Mn2VBS钢的组织性能及应用

摘    要:研究了硫成分和冷却速度对非调质12Mn2VBS钢组织性能的影响以及12Mn2VBS钢的疲劳性能、切削加工性能。结果表明:(1)当含硫量高于0.10%时,除了冲击韧度有明显下降外,其他力学性能基本不变;(2)12Mn2VBS钢可在一个很宽的冷却速度范围内得到粒状贝氏体为主的组织;(3)12Mn2VBS钢的疲劳性能以及切削加工性能和调质45、40Cr钢的相应性能相当甚至更好。从而论证了用12Mn2VBS钢取代传统材料45、40Cr钢生产前轴、转向节等汽车零件的可行性。

Abstract:The effect of sulfur and cooling speed on the organization and performance of 12Mn2VBS the non-quenched and tempered steel was studied,as well as the fatigue performance and low-temperature impact toughness and cutting performance of 12Mn2VBS.The result show:(1)When its content of sulfur is higher than 0.10%,with the raise of the content of sulfur,except for the impact-toughness that would gradually lower down,other mechanical performances of 12Mn2VBS are basically constant; (2) Within a fairly wide cooling-speed range,12Mn2VBS can get particle bainite-dominant organization; (3) The fatigue performance and low-temperature impact toughness and cutting performance of 12Mn2VBS are nearly identical to or even better than those of 45 and 40Cr the quenched and tempered steel.Thus the feasibility of replacing such traditional material as 45 and 40Cr with 12Mn2VBS to manufacture automobile parts such as front shaft and steering knuckle et al.is demonstrated.
