| 摘 要： | 综述了纳米技术在DNA检测与识别，基因治疗和核酸分子的高速测序，药物和基因转染载体等方面的应用，并对本学科的应用前景和发展方向作了大胆的预测，指出了本学科在产业化、临床应用、基因载体及应用、纳米通道测序等方面存在和亟待解决的问题．

| Abstract: | The applications of nanotechnology in DNA detection and identification,gene therapy and DNA high-speed sequencing,as well as carriers for medicine and gene transfection are reviewed.Researching fields and its prospects,problems in industrial application,clinical application,gene carrier application and DNA sequencing are introduced. |
