滚动轴承故障脉冲信号提取及诊断:一种盲解卷积方法

摘    要:运用一种基于峭度最大化的盲解卷积算法,从局部损伤的滚动轴承振动信号中提取或增强脉冲冲击信号。在对内、外圈存在损伤的轴承振动信号进行解卷积处理后,故障脉冲信号得以充分增强,而且在时域上呈规律地分布。另外,取2倍的解卷积信号样本标准差为阈值,通过时域阈值除噪,可以进一步得到提纯的故障脉冲序列。计算表明,其脉冲线周期性出现的平均频率与相应的故障特征频率相当吻合。

Abstract:A blind deconvolution method was applied to extract or enhance impulse impact signals in vibration signals of bearing with local defects.The method is based on maximizing the kurtosis value of the deconvoluted signals.In the deconvoluted signals collected from rolling bearings with inner race and outer race faultls, the faulty impulse signals are adequately enhanced,and appear regularly in the time domain.By taking two times the standard deviation of the deconvoluted signals as the threshold values,the pure faulty impulse sequences are obtained by eliminating noise from the threshold in time domain.Computational results show that the mean impulse repetition rate of each impulse sequence in the time domain matches the corresponding characteristic defect frequency of the bearing very well.
