双水内冷发电机转子出水支座甩水现象分析及处理措施

摘    要:从发电机转子水冷系统设计、安装和运行维护入手,详细分析了嵩屿电厂二期300 MW双水内冷发电机转子出水支座甩水原因,认为主要由于出水支座内水位太高和风压过大、转子卸水槽错位造成。对此,提出了改进方案,实施后彻底消除了甩水现象。

Abstract:starting with the system design,equipment installation,and maintenance in operation of the water cooling rotor in generator,the causes leading to water throw-off from water-discharging susupport of the rotor in dual internal water cooling 300 MW generator in secondary-phase project of Songyu Power Plant have been analysed in detail.After suggesting and implementing the improvement scheme,the water throw-off phenomenon has been thoroughly eliminated.
