摘    要:随着GB 17820-2018《天然气》的发布,对天然气净化技术提出了更高的要求,以甲基二乙醇胺为基础的现有溶剂体系已难以满足天然气精脱除的需求,亟需发展新的溶剂体系。离子液体作为新型“绿色溶剂”,具有可调控的物理化学性能及优良的气体吸收能力,对部分反应还具有一定的催化作用,有望改良或替代天然气净化中的传统吸收溶剂。介绍了近年来离子液体的相关研究进展,对传统离子液体、功能型离子液体、离子液体复配体系的脱硫脱碳能力进行了分析,讨论了温度、压力、复合溶剂配比以及功能性基团等相关因素对脱硫脱碳过程的影响,对离子液体在天然气净化领域的应用前景进行了展望。 

Abstract:With the release of standard GB 17820-2018 Natural Gas, higher requirements have been put forward for natural gas purification technology. The existing solvent system based on methyldiethanolamine is difficult to meet the demand of natural gas refining, so it is urgent to develop new solvent system. As a new type of "green solvent", ionic liquids with controllable physicochemical properties and excellent gas absorption capacity, which have a certain catalytic effect on some reactions, are expected to improve or replace the traditional absorption solvents in natural gas purification. This paper introduced the research progress of ionic liquids in recent years, analyzed the desulfurization and decarbonization ability of traditional ionic liquids, functional ionic liquids and ionic liquid complex systems, discussed the influence of temperature, pressure, composite solvent ratio and functional groups on the desulfurization and decarbonization process, and prospected the application prospect of ionic liquids in the field of natural gas purification.
