大埋深油气管道防腐层破损检测技术研究

摘    要:为了解决大埋深油气管道由于表面的腐蚀和破损对管道安全、高效、持续的运输造成的不利影响,针对大埋深管道进行防腐层破损检测研究。利用电磁波衰减的理论研究,对大埋深管道检测防腐层破损处的变化规律进行了分析;采用Comsol软件建立了相应的三维埋地管道仿真模型,模拟管道防腐层破损检测研究;通过对仿真模型的分析,得出了在不同埋深情况下、不同防腐层破损面积、不同频率的对应结果;研究确定了埋地管道防腐层更容易出现破损的位置。 

Abstract:In order to solve the adverse effects of surface corrosion and damage of oil and gas pipelines with large buried depths on safe, efficient and continuous transportation of pipelines, this paper conducts researches of damage detection of anti-corrosion coating for deep buried pipelines. Through the theoretical research and simulation of electromagnetic wave attenuation, the law of changes in the detection of damage of the anti-corrosion coating with the deep buried pipeline is analyzed, and the corresponding three-dimensional buried pipeline simulation model is established using Comsol software to simulate the research of the pipeline anti-corrosion damage detection. Through the analysis of the simulation model, the corresponding results of different anti-corrosion layer damaged areas and different frequencies under different buried depths are obtained, and the location where the buried pipeline anticorrosive coating is more likely to be damaged is determined through pipeline corrosion test.
