程控宽带直流功率放大器的设计

摘    要:以压控运放AD603、功率运放THS3092、10位串行D/A芯片TLC5615和AVR单片机ATmega128为核心,以液晶屏、键盘为人机接口,通过软件补偿增益误差,设计一种可编程控制电压增益的大功率宽带直流放大器。该放大器可实现0~60dB增益范围内1dB步进可调和DC~10MHz带宽,控制误差不大于3%,50Ω负载上最大不失真输出有效值达到10V。

Abstract:The designed broadband DC power amplifier with programmable voltage gain is based on voltage-controlled amplifier AD603, power amplifier THS3092, 10 bit serial DAC TLC5615 and AVR microcontroller ATmega128. LCD screen and keyboard are used as man-machine interface, and software method is used for gain error compensation. The system achieves 0~60 dB gain(1 dB step adjustable), DC~10 MHz bandwidth, control error less than 3%, and 10 V largest RMS output signal without distortion in 50 Ω load.
