混凝土桥沥青混凝土加铺体系受力分析

摘    要:基于某高速公路上的一座装配式简支板桥的现场试验研究和有限元分析结果,分析了沥青混凝土加铺体系受力特点,提出了该类桥型桥面沥青混凝土加铺层设计时的控制指标。结合试验研究结果,对由于沥青混凝土加铺层与下部混凝土结构存在的弹性模量差异引起的结构应力重分布进行了计算分析。最后讨论了加铺层厚度、胎压变化2个因素对加铺层受力的影响。

Abstract:Aimed at the experimental study about one assembly simply supported concrete bridge overlay structure in some highway and the results analyzed by FEM methods, the mechanism character of concrete bridge overlay structure was expatiated. The stress redistributing influence in different layers of bridge structure, which caused by the difference of elastic modulus between asphalt concrete overlay and concrete bridge structure, was also discussed. Based on the FEM model, the mechanics character of the asphaltum concrete overlay has been analyzed with various parameter such as thickness changing, and the controlling indexes of the most adverse stress of this type of asphaltum concrete overlay also has been brought forward.
