基于滚圆方法的修边镶块曲线快速拟合算法研究

摘    要:针对汽车覆盖件修边模具中修边镶块曲线手工难以光顺的难题,开发了基于滚圆的快速拟合曲线算法,自动完成了设计人员手工处理曲线的过程。通过提取滚圆过程中圆心的平移轨迹和旋转轨迹,定义了R曲线概念,成功将平移和旋转模拟过程的动态运动学问题转化为静态接触问题,不仅降低了算法复杂程度,也提高了曲线拟合的稳定性。与CATIA平台的光顺效果对比结果表明,该算法大大减少了处理的时间,具有较强的实用价值。

Study on rapid fitting method for trimming insert curve based on circle rolling
Abstract:For the problem of low efficiency of manual processing and unevenness of wall thickness caused by automated method in the smoothing process of trimming insert curve for the trimming die,the algorithm about the curve rapid fitting method based on circle rolling was developed,and the process of manual processing by designer was completed automatically.The concept of R-curve was defined by extracting the center point translation and rotating track in the process of rolling,and dynamic kinematics problem was successfully converted into a static contact problem in the process of translation and rotation simulation,which not only reduced the algorithm complexity,but also improved the stability of curve fitting.By comparing with the curve processing method provided by CATIA platform,the result shows the algorithm greatly reduces the processing time and has a considerable practical value.
