X12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1轮盘试制锻件组织与性能研究

摘    要:针对120t电渣炉电渣重熔冶炼并锻造得到的规格为1900mm×500mm的X12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1轮盘试制件,研究了其不同部位的组织以及力学性能。结果表明,此轮盘锻件径向不同位置的成分和组织均匀性较好,且经过长时间锻后等温热处理能够实现完全的扩散型相变,热处理后的力学性能无明显差异。由于此锻件来源于电渣铸锭靠冒口侧,冶炼工艺控制不当导致氧含量较高。影响了材料的拉伸性能。

Research on Microstructure and Mechanical Property of X12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1 Trail-manufactured Turbine Disc Forging
Abstract:The microstructure and the mechanical property of X 1xx2CrMoWVNbN10-1-1 trail-manufactured turbine disc forging at different positions has been studied , which is remelted by 120 t ESR and forged to the specification?1 900 mm ×500 mm.The results show that the chemical composition and the microstructure uniformity at different positions are great .With the long-time isothermal heat treatment after forging , the complete diffusive phase transforma-tion can be realized .Meanwhile , there is no significant difference of mechanical property after heat treatment .Because this forging is manufactured by the ESR ingot near to the riser and the controlling of smelting process is inappropriate , the content of oxygen is higher which influences the tensile property of material .
