摘 要: | 利用逆向工程软件CATIA对3D扫描获得的锻件荒坯点云模型进行处理,能得到真实和准确反映实际生产的荒坯数据和模型。将处理后的荒坯模型导入DEFORM模拟软件进行数值模拟,能够科学有效地指导实际生产。

Abstract: | By adopting the reverse engineering software CATIA , the point cloud model of forging blank obtained from 3D scanning has been processed to get the data and model of blank which can reflect the actual production accu -rately.The numerical simulation can be performed by means of importing the processed blank model into DEFORM simulation software , so as to guide the actual production scientifically and effectively . |
