SUV车型侧围外板冲压工艺的数值模拟分析

摘    要:以某SUV车型侧围外板零件为例,采用Autoform数值模拟软件对侧围外板零件的结构特点和冲压成形工艺进行分析,重点论述了其流水槽区域、门框区域、后保搭接区域和尾灯区域的冲压成形;预测了可能出现的成形缺陷并制定了合理的冲压工艺方案。分析结果表明,侧围外板流水槽区域、门框的A柱部位、尾灯区域存在起皱现象,后门框的圆角部位和后保搭接区域存在开裂风险;采取加大开裂处的模具圆角、调整压边力和改变加强筋长度等措施,对成形工艺进行了优化。试制结果表明,采用优化后的冲压工艺可以有效预防侧围外板零件的起皱、开裂缺陷。

Numerical simulation analysis on stamping process of side outer panel for SUV vehicle
Abstract:For the side outer panel parts of a SUV vehicle, its structure characteristics and the stamping process were analyzed by Auto-form numerical simulation software, and the forming process of the water trough, door frame, rear bumper overlap and tail light areas were discussed in particular. Then, the possible forming defects were predicted, and a reasonable stamping process was confirmed. The analy-sis results show that the water trough of the side outer panel, the pillar of the door frame and the tail light areas become wrinkling, and the risk of cracking exists at the round corner on the back door frame and rear bumper overlap. Furthermore, the forming process is optimized by enlarging the die corner at the cracking area, adjusting the blank holder force and changing the length of reinforcement rib. The trial production practice proves that wrinkling or cracking can be effectively prevented by the optimized forming process.
