亚麻织物的拒水拒油整理

摘    要:采用含氟拒水拒油整理剂FK-510,通过正交试验对亚麻织物进行拒水拒油整理,优选出亚麻织物拒水拒油整理的工艺条件:FK-510用量为60 g/L;氯化镁用量为6 g/L;预烘温度90℃,时间5 min;焙烘温度160℃,时间1 min.整理后织物的拒水拒油性能优良,且对织物强力、透气性无明显影响.

Abstract:Water-repellent and oil-repellent agent FK-510 were used to finishing pure flax fabric.The optimal finishing process for linen cloth were FK-510 dosage 60 g/L,MgCl2 dosage 6 g/L,pre-drying temperature and time 90 ℃×5 min,cure temperature and time,160 ℃×1 min.The finished flax fabric showed superior water-repellent and oil-repellent properties with unobvious change of the air permeability.The strength of the finished fabric was educed.
