摘    要:在H2SO4体系中对钛进行阳极氧化处理.研究表明:电压、温度及氧化时间等对阳极氧化膜的颜色有影响,其中电压为影响氧化膜颜色和厚度的主要因素.电解液的质量浓度影响膜的均匀性和连续性.膜层的厚度和氧化时间呈正比关系,但存在时间上限,到达这个时间上限后,膜厚不再随时间的增加而增大.

Abstract:Titanium samples are disposed in sulphuric acid for anodic oxidation.Research shows that voltage,temperature,oxidation time have a certain effect on the color of anodizing film.The voltage is the main factor which affect the color and thickness of the film.The uniformity and continuity are affected by the mass concentration of sulphuric electrolyte.The thickness of the oxide layer is propotional to the oxidation time until it reaches the upper limitation.
