摘    要:通过X射线衍射、光学金相、扫描电镜以及能谱分析、透射电镜等试验手段,对Mg-5Zn-0.6Zr-1RE-2Y合金铸态及固溶时效后的晶界和晶内合金相进行了研究.结果表明,Mg-5Zn-0.6Zr-1RE-2Y合金铸态晶界合金相主要以两种形态出现,一种是在三角晶界形核,呈"鱼骨状";另一种,在晶界呈连续网状分布.XRD及能谱分析表明晶界的"鱼骨状"共晶组织由Mg3Y2Zn3、Mg12YZn和MSZn2组成,而连续网状组织是Mg3Y2Zn3相.该合金经450℃×12 h固溶处理后,晶粒内和晶界处组织特征有所改变.固溶过程中晶界处部分组织溶解,使固溶处理后晶界组织明显纤细和均匀.经200℃时效处理后,晶内析出Mg3Y2Zn3、MgZn和MgZ2:相,且随时效时间的延长,Mg3Y2Zn3和MgZn相的含量逐渐增多,至8 h时达到最高,而MgZn2相逐渐减少.杆(块)状Mg3Y2Zn3析出相(尺寸大小约为100~300 nm)和针(棒)状的Mgzn析出相(长约100~200 nm)是Mg-SZn-0.6Zr-1RE-2Y镁合金时效强化的两个主要特点.

Abstract:Alloy phases of the as-cast,solution treated and aged Mg-5Zn-0.6Zr-1RE-2Y magnesium alloy were studied by means of X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD),optical microscopy(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy spectrum analysis(EDS),and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results indicated that there were two kinds of the alloy phases along grain boundary of the as-cast Mg-5Zn-0.6Zr-1RE-2Y alloy.The ones nucleated and grew at triangular grain boundary,which were fish-bone-like eutectic and were compo...
