配电自动化系统实用化运维技术探讨

摘    要:解决南宁供电局配电自动化系统运行中存在的2个运维问题,确保系统正常运行并能为故障抢修提供依据。通过使用穿心式TA供电系统替代外接TV取电方式,消除了外接TV取电对设备维护、检修造成的影响,提高了开闭所整体绝缘性能和运行可靠性。通过采用自主研发的新型架空自动化终端电源取电装置和修改通信规约,解决使用太阳能电池板和TA取电不足造成一遥终端上线率偏低问题。一遥终端上线水平提高,为配电自动化建设在设备选择及运行维护方面积累了经验。

Abstract:Two operation and maintenance problems in the operation of distribution automation system in Nanning power supply bureau are solved to guarantee the normal operation of the system and provide reference to fault repairing. The external TV power supply mode is replaced by the core through TA power supply system, which erased the influence of external TV power supply mode to the equipment maintenance and repairing and improved the whole insulation performance and operation reliability. By independently developing new type overhead automation terminal source power supply equipment and changing communication protocol, the lower online rate problem of first remoter terminal caused by the usage of solar panel and insufficient power supply from TA are solved. The increasing online rate of first remoter terminal gathers experiences of equipment choice and operation & maintenance for the construction of distribution automation.
