摘    要:介绍在线路故障后强送操作时500 kV断路器合闸不成功的原因排查及处理过程。通过排查,发现由于该断路器使用本体"防跳",串在"防跳"回路中的辅助接点接触不良,导致该辅助接点连接的防跳回路在分、合状态变化时,回路切换延迟引起该断路器发生合闸线圈及操作箱板卡烧毁故障。根据故障原因及排查方法,提出了针对性的预防措施,给同类设备的运维工作提供参考。

Abstract:The troubleshooting and treatment process for the unsuccessful closing of 500 kV circuit breaker during the reclosing operation after the fault of transmission line are introduced. By the troubleshooting, it is found that the auxiliary contact connected serially in the body "anti-trip" circuit used by the circuit breaker has poor contact condition, which caused the circuit switch delay of the "anti-trip" circuit the auxiliary contact connected when the open and close status were changing and then caused burn-out accident of the closing coil and board of the circuit breaker operation box. Preventive measures are proposed based on the fault reason and troubleshooting method, which can provide references for the operation and maintenance work of similar equipments.
