引风机和增压风机合并控制策略分析

摘    要:为了满足安装SCR脱硝系统设备后系统阻力增加的工况,对烟气系统进行改造。采取将引风机和脱硫装置的增压风机合并为轴流式引风机的改造方式。分析了改造前引风机、增压风机串联运行控制方式,改造后引风机运行控制方式,及改造前、后脱硫装置对锅炉主保护MFT的影响。改造后脱硫装置对锅炉主保护MFT的影响减少,运行控制方式简化,锅炉和脱硫装置运行稳定性强,维护成本减少。

Abstract:In order to satisfy the working condition of the increasing system resistance after the installation of SCR denitration system devices, the flue gas system are modified. The modification mode is adopted which combines the induced draft fan and the booster fan of denitration equipment into an axial flow induced draft fan. The serial operation control mode of induced draft fan and booster fan before modification is analyzed. The operation control mode of induced draft fan after modification is analyzed. The influence of denitration equipment before and after modification to the main protection MFT of boiler is analyzed too. The influence of denitration equipment after modification to the main protection MFT of boiler is decreased, and the operation control mode is simplized, the operation stability of boiler and denitration equipment is strong and the maintenance cost is decreased.
