摘    要:为了提高T10钢模具的硬度及耐磨性,笔者对其表面进行液体盐浴渗硼处理.设计L9(34)正交试验,研究盐浴配方中SiC,B4C和KCl含量及渗硼温度对渗层组织及性能的影响.结果表明:B4C含量对渗层厚度和耐磨性的影响最大;随SiC含量增加,渗硼层厚度和耐磨性均升高;随B4C含量、KCl含量及温度的升高,渗硼层厚度和耐磨性...

Abstract:In order to improve hardness and wear-resistance,boride layers were prepared on T10 steel by the salt-bath boronizing method.The L9(34) orthogonal experiment was designed by changing the content of SiC,B4C,KCl and boronizing temperature to find the optimum proportion and the microstructure,thickness and the wear-resistance property of the boride layer were studied.The results showed that the influence of B4C on thickness and wear-resistance of layer was the largest.With the content of SiC increasing,thickness and wear-resistance property increases.With the content of B4C,KCl and boronizing temperature increasing,the thickness and wear-resistance property increases at first and then decreases.The optimum proportion by weight of borax,cryolite,Cr2O3,SiC,B4C,KCl was 50∶20∶5∶12∶5∶20,and the optimum boronizing temperature was 910 ℃.
