球形抑爆材料与网状抑爆材料抑爆性能对比研究

摘    要:以激波管为主要研究设备,测定了装填铝合金网状抑爆材料、铝镁合金网状抑爆材料和非金属球形抑爆材料的汽油蒸气/空气混合气爆炸超压和火焰传播速度,分析了这三种材料对火焰的抑制作用。结果表明,三种抑爆材料对汽油蒸气/空气混合气火焰均表现出了良好的抑制作用,其中非金属球形抑爆材料的抑爆性能最佳。

Abstract:In this paper,taking shock tube as the main equipment,the explosion overpressure and flame speed of gasoline vapor-air mixture were tested when the shock tube was filled with different explosion suppression materials including aluminium alloy reticular materials,aluminium-magnesium alloy reticular materials and nonmetallic spherical materials.The explosion suppression performance of different explosion suppression materials to the flame was analyzed and contrasted.The results indicated that the three kinds of materials showed excellently explosion suppression performance to the flame of gasoline vapor-air mixture,of which the nonmetallic spherical material has the best effect.
