聚氨酯预聚体增韧酚醛泡沫的研究

摘    要:本文以聚氨酯预聚体与多聚甲醛和苯酚反应合成了聚氨酯预聚体改性酚醛树脂,然后发泡制备了聚氨酯预聚体增韧酚醛泡沫。测试表明,聚氨酯预聚体能有效提高酚醛泡沫的韧性,改善酚醛泡沫的耐高温性和泡孔分布。

Abstract:Modified phenolic resin was synthesized by the reaction of urethane oligomer,polyformaldehyde and phenol.Then the phenolic foam modified by urethane oligomer was prepared by foaming.The test result showed that the urethane oligomer improved the toughness,heat resistance and foam hole distribution of phenolic foam efficiently.
