摘    要:基于空孔直眼掏槽的基本形式,运用三维有限元软件LS-DYNA,模拟了槽孔与3种不同直径空孔的动态破碎贯通过程,得到了直眼掏槽爆破应力分布规律.模拟结果表明:空孔在掏槽爆破中提供初始自由面,对槽腔岩石破碎具有导向作用;通过3组模型破岩过程的对比,可以清晰的看出空孔直径越大,破岩过程的拉伸破坏区域和压缩破坏区域越明显.进一...

Abstract:Based on the basic model of blast cut and through the approach of LS-DYNA,the dynamic rock breakage process with blast hole and various diameters of empty hole is simulated and stress distribution of parallel blast cut is obtained.The numerical results show that the empty hole in blast cut provides primary free face,which orients rock breakage.Through comparing three model tests process,the bigger of the empty hole diameter,the more obvious of tensile fragmentation and compression area.The more analysis shows the empty hole effect changes stress distribution,making the maximal tensile stress appear along the central line of two holes and become greater,and the value and amplification of tensile stress is close to the theoretical computation.The research can provide an important instruction to blast cut design by selecting reasonable size of empty hole to form the designed cavity.
