摘    要:轴棒法是目前漆膜柔韧性测定的主要的方法之一,其不足之处是仪器简单,评价不够准确.改进了该测试方法,首先采用轴棒法测试,然后对漆膜进行拍照并用image- proplus图象分析软件测试漆膜的裂纹面积比.与轴棒法对漆膜柔韧性分级评定相比,裂纹面积比能更准确地表征漆膜的柔韧性.将改进后的轴棒法应用于无机硅酸锌涂层及高氯化聚...

Abstract:Determination of film flexibility with rod axis is one of most important method.The defect is that the evaluation is not accurate enough with the simple instrument.The improved testing method of the film flexibility was discussed.Specifically: fristly,test the film flexibility with rod axis,then take pictures and test the crack area fraction of the film with the image-pro plus image analysis software.Compared to the determination of film flexibility with rod axis evaluating the flexibility of the film with grades,the crack area fraction can assess the film flexibility more accurately.Good results were achieved when using this method in the study of the flexibility of inorganic zinc silicate coating and high chlorinated PVC and alkyd varnish.
