| 摘 要： | 简述了浮法玻璃中气泡形成的机理和类型,着重对某公司固定气泡形成的位置和原因进行了分析,通过增设池底风机、调整池底风量、更换新矿点、改善对辊破碎方式等措施,可有效解决固定气泡的问题,效果显著。

| Abstract: | The mechanism and type of bubble formation in float glass were discussed and the location and origin of the regular bubble were analyzed in details.It is pointed out that the regular bubble in float glass can be controlled effectively by following steps ：set blower and adjust volume of input air at the bottom of tank,changemine,improve double-roll crushing process. |
