摘    要:采用激光熔覆技术,在Q235钢表面原位合成了TiC/Fe复合涂层,利用光学显微镜、XRD、SEM、EDS和显微硬度计对熔覆层的组织和性能进行了分析.结果表明:涂层组织致密,无裂纹和气孔,与基体之间呈良好的冶金结合;在激光束的加热作用下,A1-TiO2-C体系能在铁基熔池中反应并合成细小且弥散分布的TiC颗粒;熔覆层的平...

Abstract:TiC/Fe-based composite coating was obtained on surface of Q235 steel by means of laser cladding technology.The microstructure and property of the coating were investigated by optical microscope,XRD,SEM,EDS and micro-hardness tester.The results show that the coatings have good performance such as compact structure,crack-free,pore-free and metallurgical bonding with the substrate;During the laser cladding processes,TiC particulates are synthesized by a in-situ reaction in a Al-TiO2-C system.The micro-hardness of the coating is averagely 720HV0.2.
