氮肥厂变换工段能量分析

摘    要:为了探讨进一步降低小氮肥厂能耗可能性,用夹点技术对氮肥厂变换工段换热网络进行分析.分析结果显示,该网络无夹点,其匹配基本上按照温度从高到低能级依次匹配,换热最小温差可以进一步提高.要想进一步降低变换工段所耗的公用工程用量,必须从改变工艺条件和换热网络两方面同时进行.通过改变工艺条件,对新流程下的换热网络进行分析,结果表明,改善后的工艺条件可以节约蒸汽量为120.1 kg/tNH3,节约蒸汽费用为4.8元/tNH3,所增加的换热器费用2.5月即可收回成本.

Abstract:In order to decrease energy in ammonia production, the heat exchanger networks in transform workshop of the ammonia plant is analyzed by use of pinch technology. The analysis shows the heat exchanger networks have not pinch. Cold and hot streams can be allotted according to temperature. The heat exchanger networks can increase the pinch temperature difference to decrease capital of the heat exchanger networks.If the energy is decreased, the working conditions and the heat exchanger networks must be changed accordingly. By changing the working condition, steam consumption will be decreased by 120.1 kg/tNH_3. The charge will be decreased by 4.8 dollars/ tNH_3.
