| 摘 要： | 从内容知识和实践知识分析大学教师的知识结构,两个维度的两端分别是广博的一般文化知识和精深的专业知识、教学的知识和科研的知识。大学教师的知识结构是一个以多元综合知识为中心,向外部扩展的复合结构。这一结构随着教师学术工作生涯的延伸,而有着在教学知识、一般文化知识端不断加强的动态特征。

| Abstract: | From the perspectives of content knowledge and practical knowledge, general and professional knowledge formed one dimension of faculty knowledge, while teaching and research knowledge shaped the other. The faculty knowledge has a composite structure centered with comprehensive knowledge. This structure has increasing dynamic feature on teaching and general knowledge with the extending of academic career. |
