关于中国—东盟高等教育合作的几个前置关系的思考

2010年中国一东盟自由贸易区正式成立,中国与东盟高等教育合作迎来历史性的发展机遇。推进中国—东盟高等教育合作实践,必须对与中国—东盟高等教育合作较为紧密的、不可回避的几对关系——营利性与公益性、教育资源的输入与输出、中国文化与域外文化、国际化与民族化——分别加以阐析,尽力找出二者的最佳结合点和平衡点,以便作出科学的政策抉择和正确的指导意见。

Rational Consideration on the Preposed Relationships of Higher Education Cooperation in China-ASEAN

Under the background of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area being officially established in 2010, higher education cooperation between China and ASEAN will definitely bring a historical opportunity to the development of China. To promote higher education cooperation between China and ASEAN, it is necessary to analyze several relations and sort out the balance point between non- profit rational consideration and trading surplus, input and output of educational resources, Chinese culture and foreign culture, internationalization and nationalization.
