摘    要:本文探讨利用半透膜法在Raman探针上进行信号增强的技术。实验表明,这种技术不仅不影响样品在Raman探针上的观察定位,而且能使样品的Raman信号增强10倍以上,很适合于研究矿物气液包裹体中的H2O、CH4、N2及CO2等这些只有很弱的Raman光谱信号的样品。本文还讨论了Hg对气体分子Raman光谱的增强效应。

Abstract:In this paper, A technique for enhancing Raman scattering signal with semitransparent film on the Raman microprobe has been studied.The experiments show the technique, which doesn't affect the searching of the fluid inclusions in ore, is suited to analyze the compositions of fluid inclusions, such as H2O, CH4,N2, CO2 and so on. More than 10 times Ramanscattering signal have been enhanced. Besides,the phenomanon enhancedRaman scattering of low density gaseous molecules in the presence of Hgmicroplets has been discussed.
