| Abstract: | By analyzing the present situation of ＂Four- Saving＂ in construction, it is found that the effect is obvious, but there are still many problems. In view of these, combined with the actuality, some suggestions in terms of solution were put forward. The reference was provided so that the construction ＂Four- Saving＂ can well realized. |
