模糊控制算法在温控仪中的应用

摘    要:介绍模糊控制的基本原理,以89C52单片机作为控制核心,采用温度范围宽、精度高的铂热电阻及8位逐次逼近式A/D转换器ADC0808,运用模糊控制算法设计的温控仪可实现如下功能:通过键盘设定所需温度;显示当前温度和设定温度。单片机根据输入的数据,进行智能算法得到控制值,输出脉冲触发信号,通过驱动加热电路和风扇电路进行温度控制。

Abstract:In this paper, the basic principles of fuzzy control is introduced. The controller consists of 89C52 MCU as the control core, the platinum resistance with a wide range temperature and high precision and the 8-bit successive comparison A/D converter ADC0808. Fuzzy control algorithm is used to achieve the following requirements : temperature setting with keyboards; the current temperature and setted temperature displaying at the same time. The SCM receives the input data and commands and then carries out intelligent algorithm to get control value. Then the pulse signal is out- put to drive the fan circuit and the heating circuit to control the temperature.
