摘    要:基于BIT的电子装备状态与故障预测系统由上位机、多传感器、下位机、无线通信适配器组成.下位机完成信号采集,通过无线局域网接入点把信息传至数据库服务器.上位机与多个MCS51下位机按点对点方式通信,使用广播、呼叫、索取数据、设置参数命令等通信约定,完成信号分析处理、数据库管理、状态监控和故障预测.

Abstract:The forecast system for fault and state of electric equipment based on BIT composes of upper computer, multi-sensor, lower computer, wireless adopter. The signal gathering in field is completed with lower computer, the gathered signal is sent to database server through access point of wireless LAN. The way of point to point is adopted in the communication among upper computers and lower PC MCS-51. Communication stipulations of broadcasting, call, accessing data, setting parameter command etc are applied to complete signal analyzing and processing, managing database, monitoring state and fault forecast.
