试论中国经济法的独立性

经济法是否为独立的法的部门长期以来为我国法学界争论的焦点。本文拟通过对经济法在我国的产生和发展的阐述 ,通过对划分独立法的部门的标准以及经济法与民法、行政法关系的论述 ,来论证经济法在我国应当成为一个独立的法的部门 ,并对经济法的进一步完善和发展提出建议。

On the Independence of Economic Law

Whether economic law is the section of the independent law or not is the debated focus in the law circle of our country.The paper is ready to expound economic law should be a section of the independent law in our country and puts forwards some suggestions on the further improvement and development of economic law by expatiating it's coming into being and development and the standards of clarifying the sections of independent law and its relationship with civil law and administrative law as well.
