| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the development of wood frame housing in China and other countries.Associated with situations in China,opportunities and challenges on development of modern wood frame house are analyzed.It is concluded that the wood frame house has a great potential in China,however there are many problems that need to be solved,for example the higher cost. |
